Review: This website is advertising using my private and public information fraudulently. Their policy states they will remove all ads 2 months after they are placed. I do not recall placing this ad but its possibly when I first started my business in January 2011 and did not know about the advertising policies (not an excuse, just a fact). I was recently contacted by my company saying it was the advertisement was in violation and until its removed they are suspending my business and commissions. I'm devistated and immediately went to work to resolve the issue. I contacted the company using their online contact form on 7/*/13, 7/**/13 and 7/**/13 with no response. I found the companies business information listed in New York City and called the number on 7/**/13 4 times --- busy signal. I just happen to be in New York and went to the address on Park Ave listed and the company does not exist at that location. I contacted GoDaddy where the domain name is registered to see what could be done...nothing. I found the business registered name and email information thru Whois - I sent email to the owner yesterday 7/**/13 2 times requesting him to remove the advertising within 24 hours and no response. the email eas opened from an iPhone routed from Sweden. Not sure what I need to do next but I have to get this ad off the Internet or I'll loose my business. Can you help me? Thank you. All I want is for them to delete the advertisement located athttp[redacted]Please let me know what I need to do to resolve thi issue.Desired Settlement: I want the advertisement located at http[redacted] to be removed and all my personal and private information removed from the website.
