Go far far away from this companyThey took my payments but dropped me for non paymentIt took me calling times for anyone to even tell me thisAll the other reps had just said they would resubmit the claim that was being deniedSo now my son and I do not have heath insurance, but they have thousands of dollars of my money that they billed to my credit card every month as the premiums Now I am waiting for documents to sign for them to consider reinstating our policy but no one can tell me how long that will take and until then they are keeping my money

Mr [redacted] has benefit coverage under the Health Net Ruby Select plan, which is a Medicare Advantage planTherefore, we follow the Medicare A&G guidelines for processing a member complaintMedicare allows days for the health plan to resolve a member complaintThis complaint was received by Health Net on 9/25/so a response must be sent to the member no later then 10/25/

I have forwarded the add'l comments to the appropriate department responsible for processing the member's grievance.Thank You.

Worst plan ever! I bought this for my daughter They keep raising the rate $at a time, and customer service is horrible, they don't seem to know what they are doingAnd the Nurse help line is horrible, I waited for minutes before I hung up and just called the insurance that I have for myself through work They only gave me months credit for the form 1095a and when I called, the prompts didn't work when I calledfor example, you hit #for english and then #for current member, only to have a recorded message say this line is no longer available! I had to go through the make a payment prompt to talk to some one They transferred me to Health care market place for my question and when it answered, it asked if I was calling from Utah! Now I have to figure another way to get credit for paying for healthcare for the whole year!
