we are receiving a product we did not order. the phone number goes to a call center who had no clue. I feel sure we are being charged. BOGUS
we didn't order this health product and do not want to recieve it. I have to determine what we are being charged - it is not under the name Quantum or Health Offers but the address is the same. The call center did not know anything, not even recognizing the company name. It is a scam.
Stop sending and credit my charges back.
I did not authorize anyone to charge me 79.97. I do not even know what the 79.97 is for and I want my money back and my subscription canceled.
The amount was 79.97. I was charged this in 11/9. I purchased two bottles that they advertised one for 4.98 and the other was 4.95... this was on 10/19.. I would not have bought this products had I known this was going to happen.
I want a full refund and I want my subscription canceled.
They have responded and said they canceled my subscription but they said they would refund me but they have not yet and I've called multiple times about it and no one seems to know what's going. I want my money back and to know for sure that they canceled my subscription.
