HPlans denied a reimbursement of a Weight Loss Program even though I submitted all my receipts & I called before enrolling and was told it qualified Health Plans members benefits include reimbursement for Weight Loss ProgramsI called Health Plans before enrolling in [redacted] and was informed by the customer service representative that it qualified for reimbursersment and that all I needed to do was submit a Weight Loss Program Reimbursement Form with my receiptsOn September I submitted the form and all my receipts from January 2018- September for a total of $I have emailed with [redacted] and her Supervisor [redacted] Health Plans has now denied the payment because they claim my benefits do not include [redacted] as a program, even though I did call beforehand, the representative had all my membership info including my Member ID and told me that [redacted] was one of the programs they reimburseAlso the form that I submitted for list [redacted] as
