I had an unfortunate experience on 6/21. After having the initial eye tests, I was ushered to the examination room and told to have a seat and the doctor would be in shortly. I waited patiently -- shortly. When the doctor didn't come in a timely fashion, I decided I might as well read in my book. I continued to wait -- no longer shortly. I did not look at a clock, so I can't be sure how long I waited. It was not shortly. In a bit, I heard a voice instruct a young boy to have a seat and the doctor would be with him shortly. He came in and sat in one of the extra chairs in the room. We both waited -- not so shortly. Soon the young woman who ushered me into the room came in, looked at me, and asked if I was waiting because of having my eyes dilated. I informed her that I had not seen the doctor to have my eyes dilated. She seemed surprised. She asked the young boy to wait in the lobby. She came back to tell me the doctor would be with me "shortly." Finally the doctor came in with not a word of apology. I had the worse eye exam I have ever had. An apology would have gone a long way. When he was all done, he asked me if I had any questions. He then proceeded to usher me from the room. I said, "Are you not going to tell me what you found?" He said your eyes are only a little different. I was dumbfounded! My daughter goes to this office but sees a different doctor. She is perfectly satisfied. I won't be returning there. As I left the office, the young woman said, "I'm sorry for the wait." NOT GOOD!!!!!
