I am responding back to Revdex.com of NJ. I have not seen the refund of $that was suppose to be posted back to my *** credit card back on May 17, with TriStar. They had my old *** Credit Card number ending in (***). A new card was recently sent out ending in (***)A favor of your reply is appreciated.If you need further information, please let me know.Kind regards,

the facts regarding her complaint, and instead chose to bad mouth both myself and Health Republic Insurance of New Jersey First, I do not claim to be the Vice President of Compliance, I am in fact the Vice President of Compliance and complaints such as hers are escalated to me for review In reviewing her complaint, she wanted her paid through date changed from November 30, to December 31, 2015, which we cannot do because she last paid a premium in November When she contact us in late November, her invoice showed a $balance so we would not accept any money from her The invoice she received on or around December 28, included the December premium which she stated she could not make payment because she had already used those funds Her other concern was being penalized by the IRS for not having Insurance for months In our telephone conversation on March 8th and in a letter the same day, I advised her that if the IRS had a question regarding why she did not have insurance in December 2015, I would advise them I advised her that although I cannot provide her with Tax advice, the IRS penalty she is referring to may only apply to those who had more than a three month period in which they did not have health insurance in a calendar year I even provided her with a link to the IRS website shown below: *** *** *** ***To reiterate, we will not change the paid through date from November to December as she did not make a premium payment for the month of December 2015. On Thursday October 22, 2015, I have reviewed the response made by the business, at 11:52am, in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Health Republic insists that the Government Marketplace is to blame for the issue with my tax credit, but the Marketplace assures me that this is false. Also, in Health Republic's reply to me, the ignored most of the points of my complaint. There is no mention of the issue of my credit score, nor any mention of the fact that I had to pay 600% the agreed upon copay for my medicine because of Health Republic's own ineptitude (and should be reimbursed for that), and that only after experiencing the effects of withdrawal. The Government assures me that Health Republic is not to be trusted in this matter, and it is being taken up with the DOBI. Also, they tell me that I am covered for 2016 if I pay them 550$, (another feature that they do not mention in their reply), but the Marketplace tells me that Health Republic won't even be active in New Jersey for 2016, so that seems to be yet another lie from the business in question.
