Good morning, Please see the attached Credit Card Refunds that we processedOn these copies you will see the refunds were processed on our end back on March 13, The confirmation Numbers are located on the bottom of Page one under the Transaction HistoryDepending on the customers credit card, it can take 5-business days for the credits to postThey should see the credits on the credit card that the charge was originally charged too We would appreciate this complaint being updated, and considered resolvedThank you,Ny***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

Customer order numbers ***, ***, *** were purchased through a third party, which states no refunds are available (please see *** at the bottom of their page) There were a total of single student OSHA courses purchased, courses were completed,
and are in progressUpon the customer contacting HSI there were a few situations that we assisted the customer with: The students let the course expire (months)Osha mandates that the training is completed days after the course has been startedAs an OSHA approved online provider, we are not at liberty to alter that OSHA driven mandate but only ensure that our system supports that directive.The student failed the course timesThis, again, is an OSHA mandate for authorized online providers that if any course/topic is failed more than times that the student cannot continueWe do offer a process for a request for extensionOur records do not indicate that this student requested an extensionAll the helpdesk tickets that were submitted were completed in less than hours, including one ticket that was completed in minutes. We will be issuing a credit for the three invoices attached that the customer has brought up, ***, ***, *** as a one time courtesyThere will be separate refunds, credited back to the original credit cards that the purchases were made with for $each for a grand total of $255.00 Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
