Thank you HealthSapiens, you have saved my life. Your staff and doctors are second to none and the value you provided our family is tremendous. We will continue to use the service for years to come.

I have tried to cancel my membership with this company for over 6 months, the continue to give me the run around about who to contact to cancel. They have continued to charge me even though I have tried to cancel numerous times. I can’t get out of their trap of payments.

HealthSapiens Customer Care

I signed up for this service online that was supposed to provide access to mental health services. I followed their directions to reach a therapist 3 times and each time was re-directed to wait 24-48 hours for a therapist to contact me via email. When I complained that no one has reached out the customer service said they don't reach out via email. Phone only. and she said they don't even have counselors event though their machine called the "master's level counselors" I have tried multiple times to follow instructions sent via email. Each time their customer services representatives gave me conflicting information. Someone claiming to be the customer service manager said he would honor my request for a refund and then I received an email from someone else that said they would not give me a refund. So I tried their main number once more and the person that picked up had never even heard of the company and referred me to her manager who never called me back. They did not give me the service as promised and I do not even understand who I am speaking to and do not believe they are a legitimate company. I believe they are taking advantage of people who are under duress and looking for help.

a priority at HealthSapiens. We proudly serve more than 50,000 customers across
50 States and this is the first time we received a complaint since our
inception 5 years ago. Upon investigating the incident, we found out that our
customer care has gotten back to you and offered you an alternative to the existing
therapy you were seeking and you chose not to pursue it as you were feeling
better and were not in need of immediate crisis therapy. You signed up for our service and accepted our terms and
conditions. You have read and acknowledged the terms prior to signing up for
the service. The same terms were sent to you via email on 02//2020.

As a courtesy, we will waive the 60-day
cancellation charges, refund your $120 and cancel your account. We apologize
for any inconvenience we have caused and we wish you a safe and a healthy
journey ahead of you.
