accurate concrete leveling has checked the slab in question and at this time as told to customer there is not any need to do anything for the 1/inch bump at a length of foot and the rest of the foot pad is matching also the rest of pads are matching this would be totally over kill for this
area and being that he is still under warranty for yearsSo if there is any more movement we can adjust it at that time .So at this point will not be refunding any amount thanks for your corporation

We are sorry that when my estimator talked to your husband and not you for the miss understanding that we just raise to match and do not move water especially when concrete is poured wrong and it says that on paper work in big letters but people like to assume a lot of things . But since all of...
job came out perfectly and they thought water was to run off the one small 2x3 piece will refund them 50.00 for the miss under standing again sorry it did not work out for you. Check will be in the mail next week
Sorry for your miss understanding of what we do but as written in big letters on the estimate it states no guarantee on water movement and the work was done and raised to the highest level but I will stop out this week and take a look at it and see if anything else can be done

We will stop out and touch up the 1/inch bump foot on pad when in close by a scheduled date would prefer customer be there at time of doing work
