After discussions with [redacted] and her previous employer, the employment data initially provided was revised, reflecting the correct employment status for [redacted]. Based on the updated information, a second statement was mailed to [redacted]’s home. Review: October **, 2014Health Services Retirement Plan[redacted] Dear [redacted],Enclosed is a copy of a letter generated by the above plan and signed by you indicating My Deferred Vested Pension benefit on behalf of [redacted]r. The information in this letter is erroneously wrong.This letter to you is my searching out to obtain correct information of my employment and monies that I will need in the futureI have been in touch with a [redacted] at [redacted]r and it was confirmed by the payroll/HR department I was a fulltime Registered Nurse from August 1990- 2001. I was told that this information was passed on to a [redacted] at your plan and has been awaiting a New letter with a new calculation for my pension benefit since 2013. I have reached out to [redacted] with numerous calls and left messages without receiving any communication (written or calls) back. I again attempted to obtain a new calculation of my pension where I went to [redacted]r and spoke to [redacted] in person where he assured me I would be getting these new calculations. It has since February of this year and again I fear I will never get a letter of updated information.I am sure you can understand my position at this point. Ive worked very hard and for many years at the bedside of many patients caring for them in various stages of their health and sickness. All I am asking for is newest and updated information for my financial health.
