I was not aware of there return policy at time of order and never received a return policy notice on there terms also they do not state the cost of there vitamins at time of order there for I would have not placed a order for themI sorry for the mix up but they need to make sure the customer understands this policy by e-mail and not a conformation over the phone to me this would be a statement they claim I was aware of there policy they never called back just started taking the money out of my account which I can see the assume you are happy with there product so therefore they can keep your account # and bill you automatically in which I feel is very wrongThis practice must stop I'm sure I'm not the only person this has happen too.
