I originally went to job meet with homeowner *** she was unsure how basement was wet she thought maybe coming in from foundation, I asked her about her ac unit she had water in behind it I recommend to get a hvac company to check
outcouple days later talked to her I told her to stop running unit and no more water build up behind unit this property wood floor had been wet she state d at least to weeksI then told her we could bill her insurance company directly for dry out and removal floor and some pre-existing mold closet removedbaseboards left a peice or to for adjuster to look at when came out baseboards were not salable warped and swelled wood floor moldy removed put holes below base to dry wet walls so we did not need to cut Sheetrock feet up in whole basementacuity insurance company paid us directly for watet mitigation and dry out service donecustmer moved his own little characters upstairs that may of been ***, we did job properly I talked to *** when she found out ac unit was problem when I told her to sc guy out set up time on Thursday 7-24-to start work I let her no Are service tech will have a insurance form for you to write carriers name and all you would need to pay us is your deductible we will bill insurance for dry out clean upshe signed contract I stopped by later to help tecks working and needed to put debri on my truck there truck was fullinsurance paid us are bill was more then fairthis empire only sells flooring they are not a mitigation companywe did the job in timely matter and professionallywe're polite to homeowner yes wood sat to many weeks and trim not able to save bottom door trim swelled pointed that out to her and baseboards not able to save homes put above in base areas to dry wet Sheetrock to prevent cutting out walksinsurance paid us directly for a job billed properlywe only did emergency service and dry outno repairs homeowner could hire who she wanted for repairwe did the job right help homeowner to lead her correct way to ac guy out and we mitigated damages removed out moldy wood and dryer structurethank you owner ***

I can hardly understand the responseIt's so poorly written, just as the job they performedI did not say the company was not politeIn all conversations, they were very polite but also did not provide any informationThey urged us to sign all of their forms without estimates and urged us to pay in cash to receive discounts even though we stated it was covered by insuranceThe insurance company had no choice but to pay them because they would not discuss the bill at all with the insurance companyThe company never told us they could not save door trimThey told us all of the trim would be in the garageWe were missing pieces of door trimAlso, where they pulled the door trim up the drywall was severely damaged from their crowbarsI have removed door trim and know that they were rushing it and not taking care of our house or our belongingsPoster frames were damaged and missing piecesThe company did not lead us to any AC repair manWe called the repair company we've always used for AC, who did actually do a very good job in explaining the damages and replacement needed as well as a full estimate prior to doing any repairs unlike Done RightI will gladly provide pictures of damaged drywall, paint, and door frames which were no where near the water damaged area but are completely damaged and need replacement due to sloppy, quick work done by the companyTo provide such a sloppy response along with no apology for the errors they made shows all you need to know about this company

I FEEL WE DID A VERY GOOD AND WORKED WITH INSURANCE COMPANY AND BILLED PROPERLYI WORKED EXTREME HOURS AND WAS VERY TIRED WHEN I WROTE THE RESPONSE I AM SORRY YOU FEEL THE WAY YOU DO I AM SORRY I MISSPELLED ITEMS AGAIN I WAS VERY TIRED AS A OWNER I PUT EXTREME HOURS IN THE WORK WEEKI WISH YOU THE BEST

On 7-23-16 it was a Saturday evening customer called Done Right to there home to dry out there basement. When I got to there home there baseboards were moldy looked like wet for awhile.I have pictures as well.  I gave Mr [redacted] estimate to remove carpet, pad and disposed put air movers and dehu...

in the basement to dry it out. Mr [redacted] gave approval to start clean up and dry out. We did job hired to due. Told Mr [redacted] to figure out grading or any issues to fix after we dry home.  Homeowner put carpet back on his own Done right has no responsibility for him not fixing or waterproof basement only hired to dry wet structure as told Mr [redacted]. Several weeks later we received a NSF non sufficient check check #1097 for $3,101.05. We expect to be payed for work hired. To dry wet basement. that is a crime to write a check especially  for that dollar amount if customer does not pay we will have to pursue legal action.

I reject this response because this company which is a carpet restoration company, stated that he would be able to fix the leak in an hour and a half, which gives the reasoning on why the walls and ceiling is torn open. Owner got mad when I asked him to come back a later date due to my daughter's graduation party. He said he was too busy and handed me a bill, did not go over what his charge was.

Gave mrs [redacted] price cleaned bedroom traffic area as will living room traffic area and 1 flight of steps. Had a daughter call her mom and ask if wanted protection or deeper cleaning had a very stained carpet said just basic clean for 2 areas...

hallway and steps for $150.00 gave dreat cleaning with truckmounted cleaning for a very stained carpet fair price 2 rooms and hallway as will 1 flight of step. sorry custmer not happy same price paid 2013 2 years ago.

We gave estimate before work started they agreed removed trapped water only way we new how. They okayed work had water on subfloor next to tub dried out bathroom. We are willing to refund $250.00 by check back to homeowners if homeowners accept tub was damaged with water between liners and needed...

repairs. if accepts we are willing again to refung partial payment dehu was and service call after hours as well pick up equipment
