Review: They put transactions thru to our bank account that we did not make that totaled $230. They would not return any calls or emails that we made to get the problem solved. I purchased an e-stim unit for $120 in April 2013 and was satisfied with the product. However, in August 2013, [redacted] (owner of this company) charged my credit card $95. I have had no contact nor have I purchased anything from them since April. The description of the charge read only "[redacted]", so it's taken me several days to figure out it was Premier Health. Due to the fraudulent charge I cancelled my credit card and the issuing bank's security team is investigating.

Review: The product was to have included a probe attachment to the massage unit. The vendor was contacted and informed of the missing article. Two phone calls later and the vendor promised to mail it directly to my address. I have unsuccessfully attempted further phone contacts (the line is always busy). It has been 2 since the initial sales. If you can please contact the party, iI am sure the male=of the business would respond.Desired Settlement: have the vendor send me the probe to my home address
