I am rejecting this response because:
After multiple times of trying to resolve this issue, it is obvious that the importance of customer satisfaction for this company is not priorityWhat is more important, is delivering items that are paid for by insurance and leaving the rest up to the customer to figure outIt upsets me that this company is the one who offered the donated pump to me but now I see that I was only tricked into thinking they were going to do this for meWhat I don't understand is, why offer to donate a pump and then never follow through with the promise? Not only that, but also fail numerous times to show proof when I bring up the issue? A customer oriented company would show proof and stand by their honestyI will sadly take this as a loss and accept whatever response comes after this messageI hope no one else has to experience thisThe only thing I ask from this company is to not fool another customer againI will take the loss and allow the Revdex.com to post my situation on their site so other potential customers can take caution when using this company for their breast pump needsThank you and have a nice day

We once more encourage the consumer to call on [redacted].  We supplied the member with one breast pump which is under manufactures warranty and the member may call on the manufacture for any product related issues as it is [redacted]s policy for product related issues.   As a courtesy we sent out two additional breast pumps. ( The member claims to have moved and not received the first donation and now says a second donation was not received.   We are not required to proove we have issued a donation.  When we made a donation it was in good faith.  The consumer comply with addressing her issues covered under [redacted]s warranty with the manufacture.  We will not be sending out any additional donations.

April 15, 2017Dear [redacted],I am writing to you today in reference the claim submitted to your agency by [redacted], claim #[redacted] ordered a [redacted] from our company on 11-9-17. We immediately processed and shipped her breast pump upon confirmation of her...

healthcare benefits and receipt of her breast pump prescription. The manufacture [redacted] has the product under warranty for one year. I would like to expand a bit about breast pumping, the [redacted] breast pump, the manufacture's return policy and our return policy. When a woman breast pumps, they will feel a certain level of discomfort in the beginning. This is a normal process. The [redacted] breast pump is designed so the milk collection cups are placed inside of a woman's bra. Inside of the milk collection cup there an opening that a woman's nipple fits into. It is important that a woman has the appropriate size milk collection cup and a bra that properly fits the milk collection cup.The [redacted] Breast Pump we supplied [redacted] with was a new breast sealed for individual use and sent directly from the manufacture with all the standard part sizes. When [redacted] called us with her complaint, we informed her that it is normal to experience some discomfort when beginning to breast pump. We also asked her if the manufactures product was properly fitting her.We also told her that [redacted] has a policy in place where they trouble shoot any problems relating to her breast pump. We told her she may also contact the manufacture to trouble shoot her issues with the use of the product. The manufacture [redacted] has a policy in place in regard to potential product problems. [redacted] instructs us to have the consumer contact them directly and they will trouble shoot and replace a breast pump if it is malfunctioning. We shared this information with [redacted].We accept returned product if the product remains sealed and unopened. Once the package has been opened and used it can not be returned to us. If the product is defective the manufacture has a Warranty in place of a year. The manufacture does address any problem or concern when it comes to the use of their product.Upon receipt of [redacted]'s call in December 2017 as a courtesy, we donated a [redacted] breast pump at no cost to her. We sent [redacted] a [redacted] breast pump to her address of record from her initial order. We sent [redacted] a second breast pump in December of 2016 to: [redacted], Hampton, Virginia, [redacted].On January 27, [redacted] called to say she did not receive the donated [redacted] Breast Pump. She at this time informed us that she had moved to a different address: [redacted], Fort Wayne, IN [redacted]. We sent a 3"breast pump ([redacted]) to this address.May you find this information helpful in the continued process of your claim.Respectfully,Krisi L
