We called the yellow cab service weeks before we were supposed to leave, on Dec 1st We requested a van or a large cab for four large suitcases, and four adult people to leave my our residence to the airportThey assured us it would be no problemWhen they arrived on Friday Dec 1st at our residence with a small compact car we could not get into the car nor could our luggageThe driver ask if we called ahead and we said yesSo we couldn't wait for another car, two adults rode with him and our luggage cramped in, for the airportMy *** and I drove our truck, met them thereThe driver was paid for his servicesAfter or return we paid out $I called from Las Vegas and spoke with mgrhe assured me he would look into this matter, When I returned home,called again, voicemail, January -February calls were made, numerous times voicemail's leftThey told me that they are not always in the office, you have to leave VM no Response!!! Still waiting and Why???

I called Yellow cab on March 2017(Thursday) between 3a to reserve a taxi to be at my address at 5:to take my husband to work out *** I paid with my debit card in advanceI was advised that the charge wouldn't go through until the ride was completeI was ok with thatAround 6:30a I saw a charge for $and another pending charge of $I called Yellow cab and spoke to the account manager and she stated that the pending charge would be credited back to my account within 2-business days and that it was just a holdI was ok with thatThe following Saturday, I noticed the pending charge actually went through as a debit and the $was still taken from my accountI called by banking company just to be sure before I called Yellow cab back; they was able to confirmMonday morning April 3rd, I called yellow cab back, left a message with the account manager that the money was debited from my account and that I needed a refundDays went by and I'm patiently waitingFinally, on

I called for a cab to pick up my son on Dec11, and bring him to our resident on *** ** I was told I had to pay in advance and my debit card was charged $ When my son got home he said the driver needed to see my debit card and I was charged another $ I talked to *** *** w/yellow cab on the 13th and she assured me it would be no problem getting my refund After a few days I called her again and she said she had turned it over to her supervisor and my refund would be returned Since then all l get is her voice mail and she won't return my call I called the coDirectly and asked to speak w/her supervisor and was told there was no such person and I would have to go thru *** I am on SS and I really need this money The car #is*** driver #***, plate #*** Job ID I***, METER Please help me

On April 22, my husband called me to send a cab to where he was located I called Yellow Cab at 10:PM and spoke with a psomeone and gave them my husband's location which I hadwas on Popular Level and Rangeland in the little mall I was told that I had to pre pay since he needed the cab I authorized the transaction and received a text stating that it was approved for $ The text came in at 10:PM and the transaction was approved at 10:PM My husband came in about 10:PM and told me he paid the cab driver $11.00, $9:fare and $1,tip I told him that I had already paid with my debit card I called back at 10:PM and spoke to two different people and a voicemailNo returned call Again, April 26th at 12:PM, left a voicemail for account manager April 30th, the same as well as May 3rd I asked for *** *** on Monday and was redirected to another voicemail and at the end of my message, I let whomever that I was contacting the Revdex.com
