I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12460098, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
In no way did this response solve any of the issues that were set forth in the original complaint I have been sent a letter telling me that I never made a payment when I did and they have even said the payment is thereI asked simply for a letter proving that I have made a payment and that I will not be turned over to a collection agency like the letter from HFA stated If this cannot be done and I am turned over to a collection agency I will seek legal action because of the proof of payment that I do have

We are sorry that the consumer has had some issues on her accounts with us. There are actually three(3) seperate accounts for the consumer and her original due date was 10-3-17. When payment was not made, a past due notice was generated on her accounts. The consumer called our office om 10-11-17,...

and setup a recurring payment of $105.00/mo due on the 5th of the month so she is current at this moment.Her next payment will come out on 11-5-17 for $105.00. Unfortunately we are not a billing company and do not send out statements with current balances, it is the responsibility of the consumer to keep up with any payment arrangements on her accounts.

We have reviewed the complaint and find that there was an error on our employee's part  and do to our employee's failure to handle the recurring payment plan properly and missed payment letter was sent out. This matter has now been corrected and we offer our apology to [redacted] for this error. Joe M[redacted]President
