We are sorry that the consumer has had some issues on her accounts with usThere are actually three(3) seperate accounts for the consumer and her original due date was 10-3-When payment was not made, a past due notice was generated on her accountsThe consumer called our office om 10-11-17, and setup a recurring payment of $105.00/mo due on the 5th of the month so she is current at this moment.Her next payment will come out on 11-5-for $Unfortunately we are not a billing company and do not send out statements with current balances, it is the responsibility of the consumer to keep up with any payment arrangements on her accounts
We have reviewed the complaint and find that there was an error on our employee's part and do to our employee's failure to handle the recurring payment plan properly and missed payment letter was sent outThis matter has now been corrected and we offer our apology to [redacted] for this errorJoe M [redacted] President
