I am rejecting this response because:
With regards to Victoria O*** response, I did aporoach her to set up agency for my tgen partner and IMsO*** told me she was busy but have a partner that will work with my tgen partner and IMsO*** and her partner cheron Rampal agreed to provide the service at $6,The amount MsO*** mentioned in her email is news to me because I hever said anyone was charging $12,for this servicesThe original cost given to us was $7,and we bargained and agreed to $6,with deliverables by July to August, The contract also states we will be meeting monthly and the last $2,was agreed to be paid "turn key" from the contract she gave meMs, O*** asked that the checks should be made personally to her and we didMy then partner left because this two consultants did not include her name in the business, the office leases, nor correspondenceThis two consultants actually told her they did not include her in the lease agree because "we thought your credit was bad and did not want to provide your informationThat is why we are putting everything in ***'s name." My then partner became upset, asked that we should fire them and get someone elseShe desolved the partnership because the consultants did not include her as they shouldThat I kept forwarding emails and text messages to her because they do not recognized her as a partnerMsO*** and MsRampal had a conference call with me in May, By then, my partner had leftI gave the RSA license check to MsO*** who disappeared and was unreachable until I saw her in August stating she has been sick and her partner left her business tooShe told me she was having financial difficulties and needed money to cover medical billsI told her I am going by our contract as to when payment is expectedThe only thing I have received so for the $4,I have paid her was the websiteThe policy and other document she gave me has wrong company nameThe logo was suppose to be in colorShe gave me black and white photocopied document with wrong company nameShe told me to review the document ahd return them for correctionI am yet to meet with her because she has been avoiding meMsO*** did not inform me of the wait period for RSA until May after I had signed a three years lease agreement for the officeShe was even apologizing to me that she could not deliver has she had promised meI have emails from her apologizing and promising to do better only to continue to avoid me.Regards

Thanks for your letter of NOvember 23, 2015, which I only
received on Monday, November 30th, and also for respectfully offering me an opportunity to respond to this allegation.I came to know *** *** *** through a referral in the early month of February I was then pursued by *** *** to get her nursing home care service started At the time, I apologized by informing *** *** that I was not quite ready to take on another project, however upon *** ***'s persistence; I consented to help her get started During the month of February before meeting with her again, I received several calls and texting from *** *** asking when we can schedule a meeting with her partner *** *** *** Which at the time she was out of the country I further informed *** *** then, that I will be bringing in another person by the name of *** *** *** who will be assigned to someone else in the company, I will be assisting and supporting *** *** in the coordination and processing of the application and deliverables*** *** and her business partner *** *** entered into contract agreement with Health Care Management Plus on the set date of February 20, for the companies services in getting their business started *** was the more verbal and out spoken of the two ladies, at the time she shared with everyone during the initial meeting that she had done her research in trying to open an agency and was quoted a 12,000- $16,price if another company was to get them started and stated then that their finances could not support that cost I explained to the two business partners then that my services for this type of business ranges between US $8,000-$10,000, but understanding the financial setbacks for starting a new business with little capital, I originally offered my services for half of that price, which was $8, The both deliberated at the meeting and begged *** *** and I for a further reduction, as we finally settled for the job to be done at $6, HCMP started on the job instantaneously by requesting information and compiling data from both partners in order to begin the workTo save further on their costs, a need for an agency space was required and discussed So I referred them to *** *** who is also a Realtor that was able to secure the current office space identified as *** ***'s business address HCMP services involved producing a Business Plan, preparing a Policies and Procedures for the business, clinical documents, office set up documents, web site and related business cards, and other document preparation for the acquisition of the required RSA business license mandatory for the establishment of this endeavor We received a total payment thus far of US$4,for all the work rquired in getting the nursing agency business set up for the two partners all the way through to the application submission to the State license office for their RSA business license *** *** was informed both verbally and via email that the RSA portion of the process could take between 6-months for processing Whereby, the involved an initial partial license for days trial period then thereafter the official years license upon satisfactory completion of working during these daysAll documents were completed and RSA application submitted to the Still within the expected contractual time frame in the month of May, Thereafter, we started working on the rest of the deliverables, ie web site design, the business cards additional forms creations for the agency were still all within the construction stagesAfter HCMP had completed and submitted all the necessary documentation to the State, *** *** and I l received a series of phone calls with concerns from *** *** which created a great deal of doubt as to where the partncIship was heading with her and *** *** As a result, we had to wait for word from *** *** as to whether the business will continue as a partnerships or as a sole proprietorThis in decision took approximately, a month back and forth before *** *** finally resolved that the business would be a sole proprietorAfter the RSA application were submitted in the month of May, 2015, and to our dismay, we finally received word from *** *** *** that her relationship with her business partner *** *** had gone sour, and that she no longer wished to be in partnership with *** ***, and she wanted all the business documents to reflect her name only and wanted HCMP to take the necessary action by removing *** ***'s name in its entity from the already complied and submitted workAs a result, of her change *** *** was advised that this action would definitely end the initial contract agreement that was originally established between and the two partnersI further informed her that a new contract with *** *** as the sale proprietor will need to be generated in order to continue processingTo date, *** *** and HCMP never had the opportunity to sign a new contact agreement as the sole owner of her new business outlining our services and deliverablesOn several attempt HCMP had requested from *** *** at the time an additional $in the interim to help offset the expenses that was incurred with the redrafting of all new documents and resubmitting new changes including ie, business card changes, website reconstruction and a number of other work already done in two partners names that needed to be redone and submitted in one name*** *** has not to date sent any money to HCMP for the new work completed as the sole proprietor of the business since her partner withdrew from the partnership in May, As a favor to *** *** and in consideration towards her series of disappointment, we explained to *** *** that we would need additional cost associated with these new changes since we were not being compensated for work that were already completedIt was also made known toi *** *** that the originally charged price was much less than the usual cost in producing these documentsAnd since we were faced with additional work which required more time and laborWe explained, to *** *** while we were sympathetic to her were not in business to keep wasting our time and effortsA a result of all those changes, to no fault of ours, *** *** was advised that these changes would cause a delay*** ***, was further advised that due to the structure of the changes of her business organization from (partnership) to sole proprietor a new application would have to be submitted all over againHCMP, wrote to the State requesting to withdraw the original partnership application packet that was submittedThen in the month of June, we resubmitted a new RSA packet to the State on *** ***'s behalf* *** is well aware of the fact that her application was received and is being processed as per her email alert and her many text messages she confirmed the fact that her $processing fee required from the State has been cashedAs I write this response to you, we are still awaiting on the State's communication or notification of the business approvalAttached for your review is the standard application processing required and the document that outlines the time frame of the RSA completionA copy of this was submitted in the early communication to *** ***I have both emails and text messages supporting my periodic and important updates to *** *** on the current status of events, even when HCMP have not citablished a sole contract agreement with *** *** as her own business entityHCMP have not been paid for all the new and regenerated work we provided to *** ***In the month of September, I provided to *** *** for the services we had provided from the payment received At this point, HCMP owe's *** *** nothing, in fact she owes HCMP

Balance that went to HCMP has been less than nothing for the time spent in putting entire paper work and processing togetherIn the matter of fact, HCMP has over extended our time and resources with this client without any appreciation and or compensation*** *** has been an unreasonable and a difficult person to work with since the beginning of the initial agreement till dateThe constant emails and texts messages requesting and demanding for a weekly or by weekly update from HCMP based on information or updates that we do not have any control overThe State usually notifies the contact person once the process of review has been completed At this stage, HCMP finds it extremely impossible to continue providing any further assistance to *** *** towards the establishing of her business, and will be writing to the State informing them that hence forth, HCMP will no longer be representing *** *** in the acquisition of her RSA & Staffing Agency license, and that all future correspondence about her business license are to be sent directly to herJust for the record, in the early month of June, HCMP received a new client referral that was recommended to us by *** ***'s ex-business partner, Ms*** *** If further information is needed, in supporting this "contract dispute" a contact number for *** *** can be provided as I am sure she will be willing to discuss about our services, including her reasons for no longer wanting to be associated with *** ***, who was her friend for several years prior to them trying to pursue a business endeavor togetherRespectfully,
