by the medical office staff and enter information into the computer software. We have computer print outs from the software showing statement dates for bills mailed. Access to the insurance companies websites under the provider's tax ID number was established and information for at websites provided to provider so they could access the same websites to verify insurance. Provider was aware that we were listing ourselves as office manager so complete access to the website was granted. Marketing materials were created and produced per provider for distribution by HCRM in order to increase patient counts and establish a school physical program which provider did receive revenue from. This was not a contract nor a normal partnership but because the practice was new and I wanted to see the provider expand.The contract states a 60 day notice and it was the providers choice not to pursue 60 days. We continued to work for a period of time, but the provider did not communicate per contract for any payments that came into the office.Resolution:I will dismiss the $500 invoice in exchange for provider not pursuing any possible lost revenue.
