This customer called us and said that his friend/neighbor had purchased a lift chair from us and he wanted to order the exact same chairWe advised him that it is best to come down to the store and try out the different models on display to make
sure that it is the right chair for him as we do with all customers who want to order over the phoneAt the same time, we understand that some seniors may be restricted by mobility issues and difficulty in traveling out of their place of residence so we cannot force anyone to do their due diligence in making a purchase, rather we can only adviseHe assured us that he had tried his neighbors and that it was comfortable and suitable for him and he wanted to proceed with his orderAfter having his lift chair delivered he called our office complaining that there were some issues with his chair and requested us to address his problemWe issued a work order to have a technician go down to his home and have his chair inspected/repaired at no cost under our comprehensive warrantyWhen the technician inspected the chair he found nothing wrong with itWhen the customer was asked what is the problem with the chair he replied that he did not like his Lift chair selection and that he finds it uncomfortable.
