Review: The bank states you can do online banking 24/7. This is true if you have not locked your self out of your account. If that happens you have to wait until the next business day. This happen to me on Friday at 4:30 I called the office at [redacted] the person on the phone said they could not help me. I would have to wait. When I told him it was not appropriate to wait 3 days for access to my own money he said oh there is a phone number I can transfer you to. He transferred me and the a woman picked up the phone and asked me to please hold. That was at 4:45 at 5:15 I finally hung up (music had been playing in the background the whole time so I was connected). When I called the ([redacted] number back the supervisor told me there was nothing I could do until Monday because they were now close. So bill pay transferring any money all of the advertised services were not available to me from Friday at 4:30 Unitl whenever Mon if they get back to me.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology from the lady who put me on hold for 30 min. and I want the bank to pay any late fees and interest on my money that I could not pay out for bills until they unlocked my account. I also would like to have IT support should these happen again.
