2017, we received over 50 calls due to severe storm damage all over the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.  One of the calls we received was from [redacted] stating a tree had fallen on her front porch and we needed to get there right away.  We had to prioritize our inspections of homes due to the fact that we received so many calls that day.  We addressed homes that had major roof damage and was causing inside water damage first.  In the afternoon of March 1, 2017, Joe C., President of Professional Properties, went to her home and we immediately called a tree cutting service to remove the tree from her porch.  On March 2nd, the tree service removed the tree and cleaned up debris and left her property.  After the tree service had already been there and left, she called her insurance company, [redacted], and not our office, stating that there was debris left on her property and that the tree service left it.  We called the tree service and they stated that the debris was there when they cut the tree down.  However, they went back to her home and picked up the debris along a fence that was not left by the tree service.    In our business of restoration due to fire, wind and water, we use quite a few sub-contractors, and we have never had an issue with anyone complaining that a sub-contractor was sent to their house to do work without their knowledge.  The sub-contractor we sent to install a new roof is an excellent roofing company, with very outstanding work, and we have had many compliments on their work and professionalism.  The owner, Chris B. of Behymer Home Improvement has an A+ rating, and always goes above and beyond the call of duty when he needs to make any corrections or repair something under warranty.  Therefore, I see no reason why [redacted] would have an issue with him, as she has never met him.  He was away trying to enjoy Easter weekend with his family when he received the complaint from [redacted] via the Revdex.com, on Easter Sunday.  Chris even offered to replace her shutters on the front of the house because when he removed them, they were in such horrible condition they fell apart.  We did not have the shutters in the insurance claim estimate to be replaced, so Chris took it upon himself to pay for the replacement of the shutters himself.  The siding and the roof were completed on March 24, 2017, which is within the guidelines of time for [redacted] claims.  Also, both the shutters and door had to be special ordered.  [redacted] was informed that it would take 3 to 4 weeks for those to come in.    She mentioned never speaking with anyone, or getting any response to her issues, however; we have never spoken to [redacted].  We have two people who answer phones in our office, and neither Phyllis nor Taylor have ever received a call from [redacted] to make a complaint or ask any questions, nor has she contacted her insurance company about any issues, other than the debris left by the tree services, which was not left by them to begin with.  If she had issues and contacted her insurance company, [redacted], we would have received communication from them immediately.  We have strict reporting guidelines, as well as doing a professional job with the repairs.  If we did not meet those standards, we would not received hundreds of claims every year to prepare estimates and do repair work for.    Joe C. from our office received an email on Saturday, April 15th, and he responded to her first thing on Monday, April 17th.     We are providing before and after photos to show the condition of the home before the repairs were made.
