Review: Their cholesterol test did not work. They refused a refund.Desired Settlement: [redacted] order number. This cholesterol test did not work at all. I have since just used a local test site to get my updated number.

I purchased an expensive stroller from Healthcheck Systems through [redacted]. When the stroller showed up, I couldn't get it to close by myself, let alone one handed as the product features explained. The listing claims free returns but HealthCheck Systems lies on the listings and hides their REAL return policy on their webpage. They refused to pay for return shipping, which would have cost me $50 with insurance. Luckily we live close enough to the business that we were able to bring it back in person. Even though the stroller was defective they tried to charge me a restocking fee. They lied and said my husband told him we just didn't want it anymore and claimed they could get it to close when my husband dropped it off. I'm sure a 200lb man had no problem getting it to open and close with his hands free of children and diaper bags. Thankfully [redacted] has their A-Z guarantee or I would have been out a hundred dollars of my own money due to their crooked business practices. All of our emails were saved on their server, which clearly showed they were aware the stroller has defective. [redacted] got the entire purchase amount refunded... Meanwhile Healthcheck Systems is on to their next victim. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS VENDOR.
