Claiming ignorance of business dealings due to time lapsed does not dismiss the business owner from taking responsibility for their actions. Owner remembered it from June-2015 until submittimg it to claims lawyer in January-2016. equal time has lapsed since that time and should not effect ones "memory" of said events. I am continuing to request reimbursement for the alleged services.
