Review: Among other services, this company offers "D-Boxes" or "Better Health Boxes" to customers on a subscription basis, that are supposed to sample products to help with Diabetes. Last year, in May 2013, I signed up initially for a 3 month subscription as a gift for my diabetic father. The first bad sign was that it took them over 2 months to get the first delivery to my dad. But, he enjoyed it so much once he got the first one in July 2013, that I asked if they could extend the subscription to 6 months, and I payed them through Paypal rather than with a credit card(a big mistake.) Since then, they have only delivered 1 more of the boxes, and that was in November 2013. The owner, named Michael S[redacted], at first returned my phone calls but stopped, after he realized I knew he was running a scam. Then, a "customer service" employee named David W[redacted] began to correspond with me sporadically, apologizing each time, and saying that they were having trouble "with their suppliers, etc." The correspondence stopped from D. W[redacted] in February 2014. Now, despite every attempt to contact this company (they are not easy to get ahold of, probably on purpose), they will not get back to me at all. I would like to see some justice done here, not just because of the business ethics of taking money and not fulfilling on a service, but also because their ineptitude could have a negative impact on someone'e health, and they need to be held accountable to a high standard for that reason.Desired Settlement: I paid a total of $150 for the 2 combined subscriptions, neither of which was ever fulfilled and no single delivery was on time ever. I would like full relief and a full refund of the $150 just because they have acted with the poorest business ethics I've ever seen.
