Trying to get a refund of the money we paid for of the scans that they sell We purchased these over years ago I purchased of their scans for my husband and myself We were unable to go the day it was scheduled for as we had the flu I called and they sent out certificates that would be good for a year I called once to see when they would be in the area and was told they didn't have anything scheduled but would call me when they did I never received a call (was told they don't do that) even though one rep said they would I have tried to get a refund from them now for several weeks and was told I would have to send in the certificates to receive it I sent the certificates over a month ago to the attention of Kathleen in accounting (as she told me to do) I called several times to speak to her and she's never available...I left a voice mail yesterday and still no call I called this morning and she says (according to one of the reps) that she has not received the cer

Have not received refund I scheduled an apptfor a screening on online (fair was supposed to be 4.8.16)I received an email cancelling that date and changing it to the 7th but I was not going to be in town and couldn't find a convenient location to rescheduleI was told on the 4th that a refund would be issue (I paid with my debit card) within 7-days (see email documentation attached)Today is April 20, and I still have not received my $ refund

Don't trust these people! They will take your money, cancel the appointment and you will have to either make another appointment at their convenience or wait months and make numerous phone calls to get your money backI had terrible experience with themThey even wanted to charge me cancellation fee for the appointment they cancelled! Three weeks so far - no refund yetAlso, I drove by the parking lot where their mobile truck was supposed to be parked on dates they listed as appointment dates and truck was not there

healthfair told us there would be a no cost to us to participate now they are billing usthey did bill our insurance and the insurance paid

On 8/10/I was called by Healthfair to tell me my 8/13/4:PM appointment had been canceled due to van location
No other 4:appointments on 8/13/was available to I asked for a refund on my payment of $ I was told it would be given The next day they called me to say a new appointment at a different time and place was available I informed them I could not attend and had requested a refund They agreed I continue to call and write to them with no return calls concerning my refund request days later still no calls or correspondence to me concerning my refund I called today, 8/22, the call center agent said they would email their accounting department No email to me or calls have been attempted

On 8/and 8/I scheduled health fair screening appointments for *** and *** for $each and paid by Discover cardHealthfair has called us times to reschedule our appointments (they keep moving locations and times)
Original appointments were scheduled by me for 9/at the *** on *** at 8:00am
On 9/I called Sherry in the Healthfair Cancellations deptand asked her to cancel both appointments since they were no longer convenient times/locations for us to attend and asked for a full refund I asked them to waive the $per person processing fees because they had to reschedule us times and she agreed to request a full refund

Healthfair *** to work for they always try and cheat you out of your payI used to be the number agent in the whole building then someone became the new favorite and then my manager started treating me badly and giving me a hard time about everythingBut the main reason why they*** is because they offer you all these incentives then don't payThat's messed up when you do all the work and they don't pay u the correct amount or try and get you to take a pay cut and your doing more work than half the company every dayDONT WORK THEIR OR DO BUSINESS WITH HEALTHFAIR THEY ARE NOT FAIR TO THEIR EMPLOYEES!!

I have received multiple calls on my cell phone, which is listed on the Florida Do Not Call RegistryEach call results in a hangup
After the most recent call, I dialed the number on my phoneIt was picked up, but not answeredI could hear voices in the background that sounded like a call centerI could not determine the language being spoken, as I could not hear actual words

Requested a refund for services that were never performed
I signed up for medical tests to be completed in a mobile testing unit in Idaho Falls, Idaho, I think the mobile unit was to be in our area approximately May or June of I prepaid for the testing in the amount of $ I was informed by email that the testing had be cancelled in our area and would be rescheduled I was issued a Pass/certificate to be used when the unit was here again My pass expired on July/31/ I called them and was told they would reissue the certificate with a later expiration date since no dates had been scheduled for our area I was reissued the certificate for another months extension Six months later there was still no event scheduled for our area I called again and was told I could use the certificate in another area but the closest one was four hours away I requested my money to be returned Now another months have gone by and I have yet to have my money returned or the

Be aware that they require a SIX day cancellation of an appointment. I gave more notice than that, but was told I had to speak to customer service and they would give me a call. She did not call me back until four days prior to the appointment and told me I would not be refunded the full amount because did not give adequate notice. We have gotten our money back, but it was a hassle dealing with this company.
