The doctors are great I feel sorry for you if you have to file a claim to Healthfront thru your insurance company I had services done in December of I got a bill from them in February and paid what I was asked to I received another bill from them about a month later and called them to ask about it At that time I was told that my insurance company denied payment to them I immediately called my insurance company and was told that was not true I was told that I met my end of the deal I called Healthfront back and was again told I needed to pay the bill in full At this time, I was asked to provide an "explanation of benefits" to them I called my insurance company and requested an EOB Once I got the EOB, I called Healthfront and they provided me with and email to send the EOB By this time, it's March/April time-frame I don't receive any other bill from Healthfront so I assume this matter has been taken care of June of rolls around and I get a call from a credit company because Healthfront has now turned me over to them for failure to pay I call Healthfront and talk to a person who agrees that they got the EOB but I still owe them full payment A couple of weeks go by and I call Healthfront back to see if this matter has been taken care of Surprise, surprise!! It has not been taken care of and the person I'm talking to now, has no record of them ever receiving the EOB I call back my insurance AGAIN, and they tell me I've paid and don't owe them anything I resend the EOB but that's just a waste of time I'll give it a couple of days before I call back If I could rate the customer service of the company a zero, I would unfortunately, I have to rate them a one star
