Healthgrades Reviews (240)

I am rejecting this response because: Posing as a public service and consumer watchdog organization, Healthgrades maintains the scurrilous business practice of not verifying the truthfulness and legitimacy of their reviewers, not holding them to the Terms of Service which the reviewers must accept in order to post a review on their siteHealthgrades does the public a grave disservice by giving an aura of legitimacy to libelous defamatory and materially opinions of those who have never been customers of the health care providerSee my previous complaints for details that support my allegation.
Sincerely,

Dear *** ***, I am sorry you are dissatisfied however Healthgrades conclusions remain the same. Respectfully,*** ***Healthgrades Operating Company, Inc

Dear *** ***, Thank you for contacting Healthgrades via the Revdex.comI have again reviewed your information on Healthgrades.com. On 8/20/you sent in a complaint regarding the classification of the disciplinary data. Although our sanction information was correct, we changed the action
to ‘other’ and notified Ms***. On 3/4/16, Ms*** again sent in a second email, now unhappy that we have the board order on the profile. On 6/19/14, the *** ** *** *** ** *** issues an Order of Release, which is posted on Ms***’s Healthgrades.com profile. It is Healthgrades policy to report board action history for the previous five years except when there is a revocation or surrender. Disciplinary actions follow the provider and this order will automatically fall off in years from the date of the order. I trust this response resolves the issue. Regards, *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: Again, *** *** you have never answered my questions and concerns You always seem to attack me and not address the underlying concern I have never contacted Healthgrades via of email concerning this problem So, please stop making false/fraudulent allegations about me I contacted Healthgrades via of telephone and left a message, but I have never sent an email directly to Healthgrades I have only contacted you through the Revdex.com website and I have never given you my permission via of email to contact me at the Drs office Again, per Healthgrades agreement with the Revdex.com, you are only to contact me through the information I provided to the Revdex.com.I did nothing wrong with rating the Dr., I am a patient and I have every right to grade him, so please stop saying you embarrassed me, because I did nothing wrong and this has been confirmed from the local medical associations So, stop making allegations Like I said before you stated you have removed my surveys, but I have pictures documenting random times within the past year, as well as before the complaint and even after your statement and it seems none have been removed So, If I did something so bad and fraudulent that you were going to expose and embarrass me, why haven't the numbers changed? IT SEEMS LIKE THE ONE EXPOSED IS HEALTHGRADES, USING MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!I am not the only one that has this issue with your website, there are lots of complaints about the same problem Healthgrades Wiki page has articles stating these factsAgain, I ask you to please answer the questions regarding who regulates your website and who is Healthgrades accountable too? Why do you keep on attacking me and not addressing the issue? It seems like you, *** *** always make threats and we too will be monitoring your website for accuracy.
Sincerely,

Thank you for contacting Healthgrades via the Revdex.com. Your case has been sent to me to review. Healthgrades provides information on healthcare providers as a free service to consumers, patients and other healthcare professionals. In its provision of this service, Healthgrades
aggregates information related to provider practices from publicly available sources. Because you are a practicing provider and the published information regarding your practice is publicly available and of interest to the general public, Healthgrades’ policies prohibit me from completely removing this profile information from our website. However, while we collect information that is in the public domain for licensed healthcare providers, many providers elect to manage their own profiles for free on our website and update them with their most current information. Or if you have updates you may let me know and I will make the updates. Regards,*** ***

Dear *** *** ***Thank you for contacting Healthgrades via the Revdex.com.We did receive your complaint via our contact us form on 3/24/17, asking for us to remove the personal address however, that address was not identified in the correspondence sent. Healthgrades responded on
3/27/to the email address supplied asking for a correct address/phone number because we had more than one address for the provider. We did not get a response back from you. I do apologize however, ~ the rep should have kept your case open and emailed you a second time because of the concern of the residential address. It is never Healthgrades intent to display a residential address. I have removed the address in question. This will replicate to our consumer site within 24-business hours. I trust this email resolves this complaint. Please feel free to reach out directly if you have further questions.Regards, *** ***Healthgrades Operating Company, Inc

Thank you for your additional response. We have gone back today and there was a couple of stars that were missed ~ so thank you for alerting me of that. You will hear from the investigation team today of what will occur but the short of it is that additional stars (good and bad) will be suppressed. Please feel free to reach out to me directly on Monday if you have questions.Regards,*** ***Healthgrades

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: I want my named removed from their website They simply cited that they gathered information from public sources That is not the issue The issue is that they are gathering public information and using it in other ways than the way it was intended (i.ea review site) and for their profit
Sincerely,
*** ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: The data are falseYour police and practice make not effort to check or verify the veracity of your data that you put on line to "review" people you have never metLarge numbers of MDs have similar complaints and are currently in discussion of a class action suit against youI would like my entire name and identity REMOVED from your siteI do not see any reason why you cannot do this given your active willingness to put data online (alternative facts). You should be ashamed of yourselvesIt is all about making money - truth be darned The person involved does not exist...so you let a "true" complaint go up without a "fake ID" - reallyAnd all you do is make someone click "I agree" in a box to think you are off the legal and moral hookThat is not legal nor is it correct
Sincerely,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* *** ** *** */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It does not address the fact that they are advertising a address and it is someone's homeThey have already called me to complaint about this, since my personal phone number is listed as wellI am not interested in signing up for there services since I did not request this advertisement to begin withIf they want to find an address it is up to them.I do not want an account with themAs per communicating with them, I have left phone messages and sent e-mail
It feels to me that they are showing arrogance by stating that it is there policy not to eliminate a profile, what about the law and individuals privacy and rights that supersedes any personal policy that they may have
The bottom line is that they are advertising someone's home address as my office and they are also advertising my personal phone number as well
Final Business Response /* *** *** *** */

I am now able to update the address data on our website with the same updated information that you supplied to CMS/NPI on 6/7/Our website will be updated within 24-business hours

Final Consumer Response /* *** *** *** */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First of all they are lying about me providing any information to NPI on 6/7/This apparently is the date when they finally decided to look at the NPI informationThey should have done that immediately when I asked them to make the correctionsThey still have not taken off the Ridgewood address which is a private residence, they have listed it as a second location
What is wrong with these people??

Dear Ms*** ***, I apologize that you were having difficulties reaching us. We did have phone issues where a phone server went down in our office in Madison, WI. This caused an outage with some of our phone lines and was not detected promptly. We have fixed the phone
issue and all lines are working. I have confirmed that the survey functionality suppression did indeed occur. If I may further assist, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to me. Regards,*** ***Healthgrades
