My daughter's bridal party went to Healthier Nails on June 9, I had my nails done and paid for my step daughter's as wellDuring her manicure the technician clipped her skin causing it to bleedThree days later she was at the emergency room with her finger severely swollen, red and seriously infected; she had a fever, was vomiting and very illThe Doctor tested and diagnosed her with a staph infection emanating from her finger/manicureIn addition to days of heavy antibiotics, she also lost work timeLuckily, the staph infection was able to be brought under control and she ended up being fine
I contacted the business by phone without being able to speak to the owner/manager but was told he would get back to me as soon as possibleAfter weeks of no response, I wrote a review on their facebook page and received a response from a very nice nail technician who did my nailsShe apologized and told me that the owner had received my contact information, prior, and was surpr

My daughter and daughter in law went to have there nails doneAfter returning home they showed me ghee nails which were done horriblyMy daughter in law called the salon back and said they would fix them so grey set up a time drove thereWhen they got to the salon the lady grabbed my daughters arm and drug her around the salon showing everyone there her nails saying see the fine nothing wrong with them and refused to fix themI spoke to manager and he said something about days my daughter called within daysThey wouldn't even listen to me when I asked why they grabbed my daughters arm which had red marks on it when she got home I had to tell her to shut up because she wouldn't even let me get a word inIt is never appropriate to grab someone's arm and drag them around a business like that
