Basically it has to do with sketchy business practices. I had signed up for a "free" trial of a face cream product *** which required a credit card to cover "shipping". After the trial period they would be shipping the product about every month. It took a while to receive the trial sample which was insufficient time to determine if it was as advertised. On March 29, 2020 a charge of $94.99 appeared on the credit card statement from *** Phoenex, AZ and another on March 30 from Healther Nation pro Greeley Co. for $97.88. I tried to get in touch with the company as I did not receive any product at that time and thought the almost $200.00 was way too overpriced. Called the credit card company to put a hold on the charges and got two different phone numbers from them. One with no answer and the other put me on hold. After listening to "elevator music" for more than 45 minutes I hung up. The bank refunded the two charges and the cream company kept recharging my card account several times. I finally got an e-mail on May 1st from the company saying they shipped the product. A phone number (different from other numbers I had) was on the e-mail and called to cancel the account. I was told by Alex to call them when I got the product on how to return it. The product arrived on May 9th and I called to get return info. I was told by Mary Ann to keep it as it was in the hands of their lawyers.
In the mean time the credit card company mailed me a copy of their rebuttal to the dispute. I mailed additional info to be able to the dispute further. Now I get a charge of $97.88 on 5/27/2020 from

We called and spoke with the representative, she said that she can not returned the $90.99 because has pass the 14 days period. My husband put me on the phone to speak with the representative and I explained that I was having reaction on my skin with this cream. Also, my husband asked her why the have charged the $94.99 on 02/01/2020 because we did not asked for more that we want to use the trial. She explained the period was only 14 day no 30 days. That she was sorry for the misunderstanding of the advertising showing 30 days and if the costumer does not stop the deliveries they will continue sending the product even if the client does not wanted, that is the rules for them. Then I asked her if she was going to give us the refund, she said not. The only thing she could do was to give us 60% in discount if we buy any product from them. I told her that if she understood that I was having reaction with the cream. The only thing she respond that she was sorry, but she was not able to do anything more for us. That is why I am putting a complain against this company.
