This happens to me never heard of this company they charged my card on October 22, I called my bank I was given a phone number to call I spoke with a lady that informed me they would credit my account in 3-business days she said they just pick people out that they feel are in need of coverage Really she spoke really fast my charge was and this was supposed to be reacurring how do they do this I just hope im reimbursed because if not I’ll have to get a new card and everything this sucks I’m so tired of cricket people Same phone number the bank gave me ###-###-#### **

A charge for $showed up on my credit card for Sept from DPTS Group in Texas, with the phone number ***I called my credit card company and stated that I did not authorize this chargeThey recommended that I call DPTS and request refund or I could call my credit card company back and dispute the charge
I called DPTS and they agreed to reverse the charge in 3-daysThey REFUSED to tell me where authorization for this charge came from!
Further research shows that several people have encountered the same problem - if you request a refund, DPTS immediately issues a refund in hopes that you will take no further actionIf you do not notice the charge, it continues on a monthly or semi-monthly basis
