To Whom it may concern:Thank you so much for notifying us of our customer’s complaintWe were unaware of the problemWe received an email from ***, ***, on 6/17/stating, “I received an error message on your site when I tried to unsubscribe from all communications.” We
placed her email on our email opt out listWe replied to her email notifying her that we removed her email address and to contact us if she had any questionsThe next email we received from *** was on 12/6/It stated, “Please unsubscribe me from all mailingsThe feature offered in the email to do so is broken.” Her email also stated, ”I will be out of the office Dec 2-6.” Unfortunately, this triggered our email system to automatically close the email ticket as an automated out of office responseHer email never made it to our customer service department for resolutionIt is not our intention to disregard customer requests and we strive to provide excellent customer serviceI have looked into ***’s email and resolved the problem with her email addressThank you again for contacting us and please don't hesitate to reach out to me directly with additional concerns*** ***Customer Service Manager*** *** ***
