Just closed all my accounts with them after banking with them 19 1/2 years. The current staff is rude and not committed to helping customers. I had opened accounts for each of my children as babies. When they became adults, I turned the accounts over to them. In May 2017, I filed the paperwork to give my youngest his account. I told the cashier to take my name off and transfer everything to him. In November I get a statement that my account had been debited because my son's account was overdrawn. This was a SAVINGS account. What financial institution gives more money from a savings account than is in there? No one there could answer my question, nor did they try. Sorriest people EVER!!!
I am concern about my checking account
II have a checking account with Healthnet Credit Union. I check my account and notice I was charged 35 dollars gor every bill I paid for two pay period. I always check my account before paying bills. I always have the amount that I get paid for working. Call the bank and the lady couldn't tell me anything about my account or the reason for 200 hundreds dollars of overdraft charges.
Please help me I am a breast cancer survivor and can't be stress. My name is
Tefund so I can pay my bills and doctor bills. Cause this is to much. My check is deposit every biweekly.

I called and spoke with the member regarding her account activity. She doesn't use checks, only her debit card. She stated that she writes her debits down, but was not willing to allow us to reconcile the account with her and she does not reconcile the account periodically. She states that she goes by the balance she gets from the ATM. She has previously been given courtesy refunds of fees.
