Review: Healthpass sent us a letter that the group policy was cancelled effective 11/**/2013 as requested. They deducted the $5,040.77 for December premiums in error. We have called more than 12 times during the past 2 months requesting our account be refunded the money they took in error with no resolution. We have been getting statements monthly from Healthpass showing a credit. Healthpass is stating they are waiting for [redacted]'s records to show the same termination date as theirs, however, Healthpass deducted the money from our account and not [redacted]. Healthpass should be refunding our money and they can deal with [redacted]. Legally you can not have two health plans at the same time, we have proof that our new coverage was effective 12/**/2013 with [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of $5,040.77 plus interest.
