My note to the company:"TO Whomever it may concern,

I just had a very ill-mannered conversation with your call center employee Rhonda. I called to ask about the process for closing an account for my recently departed grandmother. I have to assume she thought I was a scam or cheat since this is the way she treated me. And, then she hung up the phone. I am sure you can imagine this is a difficult process for most of us. I hope there is remedial training available to her.

If someone can please call to explain what the next steps are, I would greatly appreciate it."

I sent court papers to verify that it is my responsibility to manage my late grandmothers estate. I later received a call saying it was my fault for not knowing their company policies.

Desired Outcome

An explanation of the process to close this account and any steps required by the estate. Acknowledgement of their mistreatment

Reimbursement of health insurance premiums
Healtsmart manages my Post Employment health plan. I submitted a reimursement on July 26, 2018. Healthsmart has approved it, but has yet to deposit the funds into my bank account per the agreement

Desired Outcome

I would like to get my money deposited into my bank account as per the agreement set forth in my Post Employment health plan

Please see this correspondence as the response of HealthSmart Holdings, Inc. ("HHI") to the above referenced complaint. Upon further investigation, using the information provided in the complaint, HHI is unable to locate any record of this individual. Upon receipt of additional information, such as a medical benefit ID card and date of birth, HHI will conduct an additional search.

Also, please note that HHI has changed addresses. Our new suite number is 500N.
