They sold us a car and told me that the odometer was wrong and the car had over 150,miles was not covered by the Illinois Implied warranty law We bought the car with a check engine light on, which they said they would fix before pickup and then told us that the mechanic was not availableSo we pulled a carfax and the car had under 100,miles on it It would have been impossible for it to have over 150,miles The dealer ignored our written demands to compensate us for the over $in repairs to fix the engine to stop the lightWe ended up suing the dealer for a fraudulent and lying Odometer statement
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer, upon inspection and returning home with Vehicle, the vehicle malfunctioned and wouldn’t driveThe mechanic came out and repaired the vehicle, I decided to return the vehicleI put a down payment for insurance through Elite Auto Credit in amount of $325.00, since vehicle was returned the insurance as no longer effective and needed to be refunded for depositI have tried to dispute with my bank, but now dealer is claiming that the deposit is “Non-Refundable”
