We've owned a Filter Queen for over years and I consider it to be the best appliance we've ever bought since we've bought fridge's and at least TV's during that timeLast night we bought the Defender Air cleaner from a sales man (Ryan) who was very knowledgeable and professionalI would recommend the Filter Queen to everyone

Had a sales lady over to the house yesterday and she was very professional and extremely politeThe products work great and we look forward to using them for many years

Door to door person walking around and asking people what they thought on the air quality. Then handed out a card mentioning a Cash give away contest.
I was given a call that I had won a prize for taking part of the survey, and that a sales person would come by to deliver the prize plus show me a demo on the Filter Queen products. I was not interested in the products, and as for the prize, well he did not have any on hand but would come by later that day to deliver the prized. A week has gone by and have never seen or heard back from this sales person.
This is very poor business.

The feeling that I got from this company is that it does not care about its employees. Sending a freshly 18 year old girl into the house of strangers to do demonstrations by herself is NOT good business practices and showed us that Healthtek was more focused on making the sale than the safety of their employees. We were very disappointed that a company could have such little regard for their employees.

They came knocking on our door saying they were doing an air quality survey. My husband made the mistake of giving them our phone number. Since then we have been hounded with calls. 12 missed calls at least on a daily basis. I answered one of them and asked them to stop calling. I was told that they would not stop calling until they spoke with my husband "who was the phone owner" according to the girl from Healthtek. I hung up and she called back 5 minutes later. He answered and asked them to top calling our number and the calls have not stopped. Beware of this business and do not hand out your phone number. They are not doing an air quality survey they are trying to sell you products.
