Re: [redacted] ID: [redacted] Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: [redacted] .Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriouslyBefore customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our Garcinia and Green Coffee on a day trial basis back on 02/19/and paid the shipping and handling fees of $and $The trial expired on 03/06/and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 03/06/$for the Garcinia and $for the Green Coffee.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.The following month on 3/19/the customer was charged again for both products, $for the Garcinia and $for the Green Coffee and more bottles shipped out .Customer contacted our Customer Service on 03/22/and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did.However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the customer refunds for the charges on 03/19/$for the Garcinia and $for the Green Coffee for any misunderstanding when placing the orderHere are refund confirmations:Refunded - $Trans-ID: [redacted] - 03/23/2017Refunded - $Trans-ID: [redacted] - 03/23/2017Refunds should reflect within to weeks.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they keep repeating the samd lies over and overTo begin I never ordered the Coffee product it was the pills product, I was aware that I was paying ONLY for tbe trial Never received any trial...only thing I received was a huge headache and SOME OF THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL REPRESENTIVES Ive ever came in contact withThe main concern here is that this company,lies ans steals from people who dont understand the full concept of the way they "company" run thingsThey should have been more specific and clear with future people looking to buy this product [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Where is the actual record of my transaction? I have requested it and the company refuses to provide itThere was nothing on the form I filled out that said I had days to cancel or I certainly would haveThere was nothing in the packaging the skin cream arrived in that said I had to cancel within days or I would haveIn fact it was just a tiny container of skin cream in the package, no instructions or phone numbers to callNothing that said day trial and a charge of $92.98. If you look at my actual transaction you will see I was in no way informed of any day time lineRefusing to provide the transaction details of March should show the company is hiding the real factsIf I had been made aware of a day timeline at the time of purchase I most certainly without doubt would of cancelled to avoid losing any moneyI did not give permission for any money to be deducted from my bank beyond the $on 3/So there was no authorization to access the visa I usedAgain I would of cancelled if I had been informed of the day timeline.

The trial expired on 02/16/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 02/01/2017 $89.95 for the Garcinia and $84.95 for the Green Coffee.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.The following month on  03/01/2017 the customer was charged again for both products, $89.95 for the Garcinia and $84.95 for the Green Coffee and 2 more bottles shipped out .Customer contacted our Customer Service on 03/09/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .We also issued the customer a 75% courtesy refund  $67.46  for the Garcinia and $63.71 for the Green Coffee However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the customer the remaining refunds for the charges on 03/01/2017 $22.49 for the Garcinia and $21.24 for the Green Coffee for any misunderstanding when placing the order.
