This sum[redacted] will address our UBA membership and not any other products Mr.[redacted] and his mother were sold. The agent [redacted] is an independent agentwho sells products for many different insurance companies. Unfortunately I haveno knowledge about his bundling because when our membership is sold,...
we havea recording that clearly only addresses our product.Of course, I in no way condone the way Mr. [redacted] was treated by [redacted] but Ican assure you that she does not work for Healthy America. At Healthy America,our culture is to treat customers with respect and if one calls us direct and wishesto cancel, we have no argument in doing so. If Mr. [redacted] had called here that day,we would have immediately stopped any drafts or authorizations. We havecontinued to draft his account because, before this complaint, we were notalerted to his wishes.After speaking with Mr. [redacted], and receiving copies of his emails, it was discoveredthat he had our product and another product he purchased confused. To add tothat, we got notification he stopped payments at the bank so we were not goingto refund at that time.As far as Mr. [redacted]'s claim about our website that is incorrect. Our websitespecifically talks only about our IJBA product, nothing else and our site clearlystates that this is not major medical insurance. Our website iswww.ubamembers.com; please feel free to review our site.To address the price difference, when Mr. [redacted]'s mother purchased themembership it was $35 but in January 2016, we upgraded benefits so there wasan increase of $5. A letter was mailed to the address on file notifying of theincrease and added benefits. I have attached a copy and a copy of the recordingfor your records.In good faith, we will refund three (3) months to Mr. [redacted] back to his account andhis membership has been cancelled.
I just wanted to make sure , [redacted] from UBA will refund 105.00 to my mothers bank account ? Thanks. I have attached my screenshota of their website that should be corrected.
