I ordered a mattress in 8/2018 and delivery date was 8-10 weeks which I was fine with. Date kept being pushed back. Another 2 weeks, I was still okay with it. Come mid Nov, associate stated my king mattress should be in 11/16. Manager stated mattress was on a "ship" somewhere at sea and would not be here and was unsure why associate would give me that date. Finally the mattress "comes in" and I was called to set up a delivery date. The day before delivery, scheduler calls to state mattress that was "scanned" in has mysteriously disappeared and has no mattress to deliver. I end up going to store to change mattress to another mattress that is comparable to one in stock with a new ship/delivery date 3 weeks max. I ended up calling customer service to report what was going on and Tanya the logistics manager called me back to try to ensure I would get a mattress asap. She stated it may not have the same "cover" as the mattress I ordered but at least I will have one. I tested the mattress that I wanted in the store and the mattress delivered was not the same. I let the mattress expand for 3 days and called the manager Bianca to state mattress was hard as rock and was not the same as I had tried in the store to which she responded, it had been a while and maybe I was used to my older softer mattress. That mattress feels like a cement floor and its memory foam with no give whatsoever. Bianca the store manager left me a message 12/11 stating they "did not forget about me" and Tanya should be reaching out to me the next day. I haven't heard one peep from anyone. I called Bianca back after Christmas but the associate stated she was with a customer, I left a message stating I would like a refund but have not received a call back or a follow up from anyone from healthy back. Also, the foundation I ordered was supposed to be low profile and it is standard which is very high, Tanya stated she would send new ones out even if from another co., that never happened. HORRIBLE SERVICE/STORE!

We are in contact with *** and are working hard to resolve the situation for her. We are terribly sorry for the lack of communication that led to her unsatisfactory experience with our company and are committed to making it right for ***. We are exchanging ***'s current mattress and foundations out for new items and are appreciative that *** is letting us continue to keep her business.

I purchased the *** frame online using my card for $1247. The frame was lost in delivery and never was received on Oct 24. I called and cancelled the order it was
put in on October 29. I am still waiting on my refund. I have called and called. They said 5 to 7 business days so I called today and they said 5 to 7 business days because it was just put in. It has been 9 days already.
