She had been to our establishment prior to the appointment on 11/and she didn't show for the appointment We charged her for it She did not contact us to cancel She called the next day and claimed she was late because she was lost I told her she could've called and let us know The person that she had the appointment with waited for her When consumers book an appointment online, it states that you will be charged if you don't show up for an appointment If she would've called and told us that, we would've worked with her
