After purchasing one of their products at 4:15 PM, I changed my mind and called them at 8:00 AM the next day and cancelled my order. They told me that they had already shipped the package out. I told them that I would return their product as soon as I received it. I waited awhile and then called to find out where my refund was, they told me it would be sent out within one week.They told not to worry as they had a A+ rating with the Revdex.com. After waiting another week,and not receiving my refund , I called American Express and disputed the charge. They told Amex that I refused to give them the tracking number even though they had already received the product and the same person that told Amex that I was difficult to work with had signed the receipt for the returned package. Overall, this business does not honor their own policy which is found on their own website.

If the client would like to try a different product instead of the refund, we would happily do so but the refund that was given exceeds the amount we normally give to customers based upon our return/refund policy.
