Hello, I am writing because I recently bought a product from this company. I bought Pure Garcinia FREE TRIAL and one week after I received the trial bottle I was charged $91.17. I then called the company and said that I did not want any further bottles of the product and I would like to close my account. This was on Jan. 28, 2014. The representative assured me my account was closed and I would not receive any more product. I have since then received 3 bottles of the product and when I called to complain they said that my account was closed and I could not return the unopened product. I was then charged $64.97 on Feb 14, 2014 & $73.14 on the same date. The I was charged $46.80 on Feb 19, 2014. The trial period begins when the customer places the order.02/04/2014 (= 14 days later) Our system automatically charged [redacted]` s account for the next month`s supply of Green Coffee and new products were shipped to her on 02/04/2014.02/04/2014 We received a call from [redacted] wanting to cancel her account and she did not want any further charges nor shipments from us. However the next month`s supply has already been shipped out and we have no way of cancelling it. The customer service representative cancelled [redacted]` s Green Coffee account to prevent future charges.02/14/2014 After multiple unsuccessful attempts [redacted]' s credit card was charged by our automated system for her Garcinia Cambogia order since she did not return the trial order product.02/15/2014 We received an email from the upset [redacted] about the charge from the previous day and she wanted her card to be removed from our system or she would take legal action. [redacted] stated that she will return any product that will be sent to her and she will request a full refund.02/20/2014 [redacted] called our customer service to return the product she received and to receive a refund.Our representative explained the terms and conditions as well as the return process to [redacted]. Which states that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and there is a restocking fee applicable for each returned bottle. The representative made a favorable offer to [redacted], to avoid the inconvenience of having to ship the bottles back and since the refundable amount will be less than a full refund after the deductions, our agent offered to [redacted] to keep the product and she will be issued a 25% refund on both previous charges, the Green Coffee and the Garcinia Cambogia as well. [redacted] agreed to keep the product and the agent cancelled all future orders. All we have received is $154.84.Putting the non-refundable shipping cost aside, all the monies we have received from [redacted] is: $144.94 and she was refunded $36.23 on 02/24/2014. On 02/20/2014 [redacted] called our customer service and agreed to keep the product and agreed to the 25% refunds then filed a complaint against Healthy Choice Labs demanding monies we have never even received. I ordered the product and attempted to return it for a credit and none of the telephone numbers I had were working. I called my bank to dispute the claim since no working number was available. It was adjusted and then it reappeared 2 months later. I again called the bank and the adjustment was made. Then two weeks later a letter came saying the merchant is not willing to issue a credit to my account. All I wanted was to return the product as my doctor asked me to take only what he prescribed. The only contact number I have is 855-389-6400 and they will not talk to me because I have made a claim with the bank.Desired SettlementI am not able to take the product and wanted to return it but have been unable to find anyone who would tell me how to do this. I have the product ready to return is I just could be assured that I would receive a credit to my account.

This company called me on 01/05/2014 because I had looked st some products on their website. The representative offered me a 14 day free trial which I was told would commence on the day I received the product. I received the product on 01/09/2014 according to their records and they charged my credit card $64.97 and $79.97 on 01/20/2014 3 days ahead of the agreed upon time. I am told this is an illegal transaction and that a company cannot make such transactions prior to an agreed upon time. I requested a refund and they are being difficult in complying with my request. I spoke to 5 representatives and 3 of them hung up on me, I finally got a supervisor a [redacted] who stated they could only return my money once they received the product back. A full refund will be issued to [redacted] upon receiving the returned product - was noted to his account. It was the same day when your agency, the Revdex.com has received the complaint from him. Our agents has provided [redacted] with an RMA # to include with his package and advised him to obtain a tracking number. [redacted] called back 6 different times that day demanding his full refund, providing a tracking number what was not verifiable at that point since the package hasn`t left the local post office. I ordered 3 bottles of Suppliments which I received from this company....I was told in writing I would receive a $30 rebate...I filled out requested info as directed...I waited to receive rebate...then I called said company about rebate...they told me to wait 5-7 business days and rebate would be credited to my credit card....I waited...not credited....called.....was told they would relay complaint to upper management.....I called back in a few days...was told They would credit to my card...no credit.....after 5-7 business days I was told by another employee they would send something to my email, then I explained to individual that I was told my credit would be credited.....same thing over and over to no avail......Desired SettlementI want my $30 rebate as I was told in writing I would receive. I paid required cost for product...so I want my rebate.

I placed an order to the value of $159 in November 2013 and was advised it would take 4-6 weeks for the products to be shipped to [redacted]. When I had not received them by January I contacted them and they advised me that the order had more than likely been lost on the way and a new order was being shipped to me immediately and again i'd have to wait 4-6 weeks. I waited the required time frame and once again contacted them and asked where my order was. They had no idea and I asked for a refund immediately since it had now been over 4 months since my original order had been placed. I phoned them every single week and sent emails every second day asking for my refund. Despite this, they have now emailed to tell me that they will not refund my money because i'm outside their 30 day money back guarantee. I find this unacceptable since how can they offer a 30 day policy for orders that take longer to arrive in [redacted]? I have emailed them again stating that I do not accept this since i've been trying to get my money back since January but have still not received a response. I have every single email sent to them and the invoice and receipt to show the original purchase date. I have been trying to get my money back since January when they promised me a new order was being sent to me but this also never arrived and after the 6 week waiting period I once again asked for a refund and now they have used the most pathetic excuse to refuse my refund. I just want my money back.
