Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:One of the reasons I contacted the company is bc their website didn't have the option to submit what cleaning I would need I had previously submitted a request a quote on their website in January, and still hadn't received any response back I set the date as 3/9, and when I spoke with ***, he said he had me down for the 10th Again, if I hadn't followed through with anything how would he have known I was scheduled for my living social deal at all? I didn't speak with ***, I spoke with *** both times He made the mistake, they have apparently have all the business they need and out the blame on the customer if any issue arises If I was in the calendar and a first time customer, they don't send out reminders or call them? Extremely poor customer service People such as myself use living social to check out businesses and helps them decide whether to use their product or service I have filed a complaint with Living Social as wellI have several properties and they won't be getting any of my business I had to call my realtor for a last minute cleaning to get a house that is being listed ready Also passing the word in the realty community

This customer called in earlier this year and was told by me that we didn't have availability until MarchShe was then told that she needed to follow the "Instructions" (See Attached Voucher) on her voucher to redeem her coupon as every other customer hasShe wanted me to call her and tell her
this but with out following the instructions which include her giving us her phone number, I had no way to get a hold of herShe called in this week and when I was finally able to speak with her after two calls where I left a VM and was told that because I had never received that info, that the spot had been taken by another Living Social customer that followed the instructionsI will not pay for this customers inconvenienceShe is more then welcome to call Living Social and get a full refund if she would like
