Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The agree statement that you must check to receive and trial this product, was not one that you had to read and visualize Also, the product when received should have a brief reminder of the agreement terms if you not like the product or if you have reaction to the product and reminder of the cost that will be automatically billed to you THE FULL PRICE of the PRODUCT is NEVER MENTIONED I would never spend this amount on that product! Too many better less expensive ones on the market THIS IS A HARD WAY TO MAKE MONEY AND EASY WAY TO SCAM people and MAKE your product NOT liked at all Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
 I did receive one reimbursement on 8/10/2016 of $97.83, but only after I had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com of New Jersey against your company for three separate charges but no delivery of product (except the sample).  I have a promise of another reimbursement from your company minus shipment charge and a $20 restocking fee.  The shipment and restocking fee reductions are truly perplexing since I never received any product so could never have returned it!!   Mind you, there would never have been an issue if I had received the full-size product.My complaint to the Revdex.com of New Jersey (ID [redacted]) fully explains my reasons with my proofs.  The denial and “ proof of delivery” your company sent is bogus, as I previously outlined in emails to your company and to the Revdex.com. Perhaps one of the problems is that every time there is a communication from your company, the name is different: SkinElement;  Beauty Impressions, LLC (on the sample jar); Wear and Tear Repair; Healthy Directions, LLC; and also, Bejeweled Skin .  Oops, almost forgot: NouveBelle was the last. Each has a different telephone number as well.  That is very strange.Again I repeat, had I received the full-size product for which my account was charged, there would never have been a problem. But your company cannot sell a product, whether it be a one-time purchase or a monthly commitment, if no product is delivered. That’s a problem!  It’s basically stealing.I will fully and completely repeal my complaint to the Revdex.com once all this is completely resolved (that means a total reimbursement of $195.66) so as to help you clear your name (s).

Healthy Directions-- I don't have my customer ID., but my name is [redacted] my address is: [redacted]My phone # is [redacted] & my e-mail address is [redacted] I shouldn't need to keep repeating this information. You people evidently have a serious problem with holding on to accurate records (not a good practice for any business). There's simply no excuse for this sort of irresponsibility. After my sample arrived (I was told to wait until it did), I was told by one of your representatives when I called that any further orders/service/transactionswere CANCELLED! I hold your company accountable for this mistake & any confusion that arose as a result. A "computer error" is no justification for charging someone money he can't afford just because the company doesn't warrant paying close attention to the status of those who've done any business with it.                                                                                                                                 [redacted]

Then, after the trial period has expired, the customer is charged for the full price of the monthly supply bottle that is $97.83 for the product SkinElement and $92.79 for the product EyeVibe received during your trial period. Thereafter, automatic shipments are sent out and charged to the customer every month, eliminating the need to remember to reorder their favorite product.
