Incompetence, carelessness, runaround, those are the most polite words to describe the experience.
In the beginning, on Sept, 25th 2018, I let an automatic order renewal proceed. I had moved since the previous order, and had forgotten to call them to give them my change of address. I'm bad.
On Sept. 28th 2018, FEDEX advised me that the package could not be delivered, and was being returned to the shipper. I was instructed to contact the shipper, did so.
The order was cancelled, and I was told that I would receive a $188.93 refund to my credit card.
(I then place a new order which I received a few days later).
Today Nov. 25th 2018, I have yet to receive my refund. I started keeping a record of my calls. I called them on Oct. 01st, 2018. I called them again on Oct. 12th, 19th, 30th, Nov. 01st, and lastly Nov. 16th.
