On or about 1/17/I went on line to On Line Divorce.com and started the processI paid them $139.00,filled out the forms and submitted themThen as an after thought I called the county courthouse and was told they do not accept their forms, only the forms they haveI called On Line Divorce and explained the problem and asked for a refund since there was a day guaranteeI was told the guarantee was void as they had started the processThe only way to get a refund was to get a letter of rejection from the courthouse after I presented the forms from themWell I waited and waited, I'd check the PC to see if anything was being done ,nothingI called them constantly, sometimes waiting up to 45mins, only to be transferred, be told I would be contacted or to leave a message on their machineOn one call I asked why nothing was being done, no answer, I suggested to save us both time and money just refund my money, nothingAfter one phone call and me telling them I'm tired of the ru
I began the process of filling for my divorce with this company in May, I filled out all necessary information to proceed with obtaining my divorce formsUpon the initial payment of $along with all of my personal information I have not been able to access or download said formsI have contacted customer service via email and phone regarding this matter on several occasions with no resolutionI have been in contact with customer service several times requesting a refund again with no resolveIt is my opinion that this business is a scam to obtain personal information and moniesDuring the last time I contacted customer service I explicitly requested my refund and informed them that I would be contacting youAfter that call I tried calling back for the physical address however my phone number was blockedFortunately I have another phone and was able to retrieve said information required
