We do everything in our power to accommodate individual patient needs and requests. We also require that medical standard of care is followed, we will not do anything illegal or unethical to jeopardize our clinic. We are also aware that not everyone is a good fit to our program.
This patient had success in our program and was requesting to purchase additional services to continue . We provided the options that are available for additional treatment that fall within our medical protocols. It was clear at this point that after a minute phone call that we were unable to fulfill all the patients requests and since the patient has already received all services that were purchased it was agreed that we would not continue. It is unfortunate that this patient feels the need to go to these lengths to try to discredit the success she experienced in this program after referring others in the process. We are happy to help anyone looking to lose excess weight, improve overall health and achieve a greater quality of lifeThis patient had great success and should be proud. We wish her the best in her weight loss goals

I am rejecting this response because:Healthy Habits statement is not correct. They are conducting a business that is of endangering patients. They do not follow the business policy they advertise or follow through with what they are representing or selling.
