Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: it is untrue I sent HHH two photos of the large chip out of the caulk that happened when her employee leaned on the soap dish, breaking it off the wall, leaving a 2" hole in the porcelain on the side of the bathtub, and gouging the caulk, exposing the sheetrockOne photo was from my cell phone, (which was poorer quality) the second photo was with my 35mm cameraShe refused to pay for the repair to the caulk, which I had to then pay to have repaired myself, as the seal on the tub was no longer watertightShe was extremely unprofessional in all of her communication to meI asked her repeatedly to restore my property to the condition it was in prior to her employee damaging it, and she refused, leaving me with a $expenseI'd also like to point out that at no time did she offer to not have me pay for that day's work in which the damage to my property occurred - I've never dealt with a business that didn't make SOME effort to make a customer whose property was damaged happy - her service levels are appalling, and the company that was doing the repair was made extremely uncomfortable during the process of her refusal to payI had the added pressure of having to have the tub repaired that week, as I had guests coming and did not have a working shower for them to useThe owner was aware of this Cleaning services break things - it happens, and my property was damagedHowever, the owner of this company will pick and choose what she wants to pay for should her employees damage it, and that's what she did to meIt's extremely unprofessional to say that because the caulk seal was older or not pure white that if it's damaged it shouldn't be replaced - that's a great indication of what you'll be dealing with with the owner of Healthy Helping Hands, should one of their employees break something in your home I'm truly stunned that a business would risk their reputation over $I am still seeking reimbursement for the property damage incurred at my houseShould that occur, I will accept that this complaint is resolvedPhotos attached Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the statements made by Healthy Helping Hands' owner are untrueI sent all photos to the owner from the beginning (actually moments after their employee damaged our tub), and until she found out the amount of repairs, she was very apologeticShe became unresponsive and rude when she found out the total amount, because the person working in my home was the one HHH required to pay - not the business or the business insurance, which is why I doubt such insurance existsAll photos of both the damage to the wall, the tub enamel and the hole in the caulk were sent to the owner on day one, as well as to the repair companyAfter I sent THREE quotes from three different companies, (of which [redacted] was the lowest), she tried numerous times to see if a "friend" could do the work instead, which I rejected She refused to pay for the damage to caulk, which rendered the seal between the tub and the wall vulnerable to water penetration straight to the sheetrockI had no choice but to pay for the entire repair, but Healthy Helping Hands only paid for 2/3rds of the repairThis business owner is not telling the truth, and as a result, I incurred a $expense as a direct result of damage their employee caused to my homePhotos attached to original complaint Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: it is untrue.
I sent HHH two photos of the large chip out of the caulk that happened when her employee leaned on the soap dish, breaking it off the wall, leaving a 2" hole in the porcelain on the side of the bathtub, and gouging the caulk, exposing the sheetrock. One photo was from my cell phone, (which was poorer quality) the second photo was with my 35mm camera. She refused to pay for the repair to the caulk, which I had to then pay to have repaired myself, as the seal on the tub was no longer watertight. She was extremely unprofessional in all of her communication to me. I asked her repeatedly to restore my property to the condition it was in prior to her employee damaging it, and she refused, leaving me with a $100 expense. I'd also like to point out that at no time did she offer to not have me pay for that day's work in which the damage to my property occurred - I've never dealt with a business that didn't make SOME effort to make a customer whose property was damaged happy - her service levels are appalling, and the company that was doing the repair was made extremely uncomfortable during the process of her refusal to pay. I had the added pressure of having to have the tub repaired that week, as I had guests coming and did not have a working shower for them to use. The owner was aware of this.
Cleaning services break things - it happens, and my property was damaged. However, the owner of this company will pick and choose what she wants to pay for should her employees damage it, and that's what she did to me. It's extremely unprofessional to say that because the caulk seal was older or not pure white that if it's damaged it shouldn't be replaced - that's a great indication of what you'll be dealing with with the owner of Healthy Helping Hands, should one of their employees break something in your home.
I'm truly stunned that a business would risk their reputation over $100. I am still seeking reimbursement for the property damage incurred at my house. Should that occur, I will accept that this complaint is resolved. Photos attached.

Hello my fellow viewers. Healthy Helping Hands is an environmentally green cleaning company that is insured and bonded.  I would like to let you know, my client [redacted] is not complete in her representation of the incident. She is attacking every aspect of my company, my offer to repair the scope...

of work to be done. We replaced the damage that was caused by Healthy Helping Hands. Which was the soap dish and the crack in the porcelain.I have pictures of the damage and there was never a picture sent in the beginning of our conversations in reference to the caulk. Before paying for the damage. I spoke with the company [redacted] and they informed me that [redacted] asked to have her whole caulk around her bathtub replaced. Which was an extra $100.This is a repair that is beyond our responsibility. The caulk was aged and moldy. Healthy Helping Hands felt as if we were being taken advantage of.   As a good business owner. I offered to send out my contractor to repair the issue even though we did not cause the caulk damage. But she refused. After refusing to pay for the caulk. She then harassed me to the point where, I had to ask her to stop or she can take it up with my lawyer. I also had to terminate her service due to the lack of disrespect. Healthy Helping Hands is truly sorry the incident had to come to this. We wished her the best of luck in the future.  Thank you everyone for understanding. Owner [redacted]
