We hired this company to repair some water damaged drywall in our kitchen in April 2015. It turns out that they sent a person with no drywall experience (an electrician) and he did not have the proper experience or tools to complete the job. The completed job was so unprofessional that my wife did not pay at the time because the quality was so poor. We called the company and they said they would send another person out to finish the job. That day came and went and no one ever called. When I called the company they gave me a story about how the guy crashed his car and couldn't make it, so we set up ANOTHER appointment several months out (August 11, 2015) My wife called about a week prior and they assured us they were coming. Once again, that day came and went and no one showed up. I called this morning and was told they don't have a drywaller in Colorado Springs so to bad so sad. I will be forced to hire another company to fix their initial repairs. This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. The don't have the courtesy to call and say they can't make it even after we called and they said they were coming.Desired SettlementI wanted them to complete the job to my satisfaction but I don't think they have the expertise. I will have to find someone else that is an actual drywaller to finish our kitchen.They need to be put on notice so other people don't get ripped off with their lack of skillsBusiness Response The Technician that came out to do the job was a home service Technician for HHS USA. The tech did a variety of home repairs for our company and is a licensed electrician. The installation of the dry wall was installed correctly according to ms. [redacted].The texture installation was a task the technician failed to complete to your satisfaction, therefore there were was no charge at all for the two days the technician spent out there. We do apologize for being unable to complete this job completely and to your satisfaction. The price to complete this job should be significantly cheaper than what originally we were charging. Was supposed to be here between 2-4 for a service. I took off to be here I bought a gutter cleaning package. I was told they would be here between 2-4. They did not show. I called at 415 the gut said he would call right back. 45 min later no call. I tried calling them 15 times between 445 and 510. No answer. I took off work to be here and now have to work late Friday night to make up the time. Desired SettlementAt this point it will cost me at leas 60 in lost wages. This company did not provide the service I paid for and has not contacted me back about this issue.My wife and I paid this company to clean our air ducts. They called and scheduled a cleaning for today April 3 2015. They said they'd be at our house between 8am and 10am. They never showed up and have not answered phone calls, returned phone calls, or replied to e-mails. This Home service company originally came out to clean the gutters, they did such a good job I have had them do multiple projects at my home. I am very pleased with the prices and the quality of work I have received. They took pictures and explained step by step what they were doing. They were very professional and personable, I would definitely recommend this company. ","pos-1

I have made three scheduled service dates for them to come to my home to clean the chimney's . They advertised in [redacted] for discounted services. I made an appointment two weeks in advance with the stipulation they call before they appeared at my home. NO CALL, NO APPERANCE. The next day the owner apologized and said he would schedule an immediate appointment. I did so and THEY DID NOT APPEAR. I cancelled the [redacted] coupon. Whereupon the owner called me a third time and pleaded with me to make good and reduced the price further. We agreed to a date for an 8am appointment with a 7:30am call in. A call to appear was made , but NO APPEARANCE for service. The manager is either totally ignorant of his peoples schedule or a [redacted] lair. Neither appeals to me further. He did not compensate me with a full reimbursement. I had to cancel the coupon and complain to [redacted] about his behavior after the first two times. The third time he promised at a reduced rate to perform the work. NO MONEY EXCHANGE OCCURED, therefore HE did not reimburse me. In November 2014 my wife found this company via "living social" to come do a chimney sweep. They first didnt show up when scheduled, they never called, and my wife had to call them to find out what happened. We rescheduled, they came and performed task just fine (we thought). They left etc... That night I discovered the chain to open and close the flute was completely gone!!! I have called the two numbers on the business card left behind multiple times (approximately 10 total calls) and all I get is the answering machine. I have left messages each call, but to this day no one has respond to my complaint. Not a good way to do business.
